Hi, I’m Morgan.
I’m a wellness coach, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer who help folks reconnect with movement in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.
After years of seeing how often traditional fitness spaces leave women feeling discouraged or excluded, I created a different approach: one that focuses on supportive movement, body trust, and long-term wellbeing.
I believe movement should sustain and nourish your life,
